Adjust the time appropriately for optimal results, considering factors such as membrane type, protein abundance, and antibody type.3. After stripping, add TBST or PBST and wash the membrane at room temperature on a shaker for 5 minutes. Repeat this step once. At this stage, chemiluminescent substrate can be applied to the membrane to quickly verify the effectiveness of antibody stripping.4.
